The information we request is necessary to process your order and contact you when needed.  Be assured that any information we ask you to provide will never be sold or otherwise used inappropriately. Our  secure shopping cart allows you to shop online in total safety.

The following policy outlines our return or exchange conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Gama Sonic USA, Inc.  will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original  wrapping.

To exchange or return an item, please send an email to: Customers@gamasonic.com requesting a return form.

All necessary information will be supplied on the form.

Be sure to retain a copy of the receipt for your records. Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable.  There is a  15% restocking on all returns.
